Soooo, you may have noticed that I have a guest post up on Design*Sponge!
I made Bacon Thyme Yorkshire puddings for the ‘In the Kitchen With…’ column.
Yorkshire puddings are basically mini popovers btw, made with an incredibly simple pancake batter (I was using the really old Reader’s Digest recipe) that puffs up in the oven. They’re already sooo good as they are, but the bacon and thyme will literally make you want to eat them all, forever and always.
Head on over to Design*Sponge to grab the recipe!
(I’ve chucked a few extra photos in below too)
I always love reading your posts, they’re so lighthearted and funny! These look ridiculously tasty, definitely will be trying these! Xx
These look look delicious Izy. Your photography beautiful as usual
I love Yorkshire pudding, so British too!
Izy, your photography is absolutely gorgeous. I get excited everytime I see you have new post up – your pics and recipes never disappoint.
absolutely beautiful photography as always! xx
I make a Yorkshire Pud every Sunday (I make one big one rather than lots of small ones) and I’ve actually never thought of throwing some herbs in there. I always have so many herbs left over after seasoning the roast spuds so I’ll have to give this a go next time!
