Mango, Chilli & Ginger Popsicles {Vegan, No Added Sugar}
Servings 8small or 3 to 4 large popsicles
Ingredients
300gmango flesh(this was about 2 small mangoes for me)
1/2a thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled + grated
juice of 1 to 2 lemons(to taste)
1/4to 1/2 tsp cayenne
Instructions
Add the ginger and mango to a blender with the juice of 1 lemon and 1/4 tsp of lemon. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice or cayenne to your liking. Blend again then pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
