Texas Sheet Cake with Brownie Batter Frosting
For the Cake:
- 1 cup (220 g) unsalted butter
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup (250 ml) brewed coffee (or warm water)
- 1 1/2 cups (300 g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups (260 g) all purpose flour
